  • Interclub Meeting Notes- Jasmine
We talked about if we qualify as a club at CSI.  We are an organization, the SRAEYC Student Affiliation.  We are not sure if we also qualify as a club.  Jasmine will be looking into it at the next Interclub meeting.

Jasmine also wanted to mention that the Medical Assistant club is selling raffle tickets.  These tickets are to buy markers for unmarked children's graves in Twin Falls.  The tickets are $5 apiece.  There are also baskets of different prizes.  You can buy these anytime in October.  More information is on the CSI Home Page.

Jasmine could not get an enforced dress code for the Halloween carnival.  However, the Interclub president will take care of any problems if we bring them to her during the carnival.

    • Deliver tree cookies to area preschools or home providers--bags.
We have 20 bags of tree cookies ready to go.  The trees were cut and sanded.  They were put in bags with fliers.  If you know a daycare or preschool, come and pick up a bag from the Preschool Lab.  We also have more trees to cut, if you have a saw and would like to cut them.
      • auction items
Jennifer has lined up five or six items, including tree cookies (Expensive ones), lakeshore donations, Kaplan donations, Discount school supplies donation.  Danelle will put a minimum bidding price on these items.  Keep looking - we could use more items to auction off. Talk with any business you know about donations. Don't be shy.

Tree Cookies

We had so much fun cutting down the trees and getting out into nature. Thanks to all those who joined in the effort. Now we need to cut the trees into tree cookies. Here are some pics of how cutting down the trees went.
